Phones Show "Availalbe" but can not be assigned to a user

Solution When ShoreTel phones come up on the network, they register with the ShoreWareDirector and appear in the IP phone database. Generally you can see these phones either under the IP Phones Link, or by selecting a switch in Quicklook and scrolling down to the IP Phone Maintenance page. From time to time, things go squirrel and the phones register with the database but not the call manager (i.e. user switch). Sometimes running a burnflash on the switch but most times you will need to: (a) delete the phones from the database; (b) burn flash; and the let the phones re-register. This usually clears the issue.
