Cheat Sheet Auto Attendnat Console configuration and test

(1) Unified Communications Server Configuration:
 
(a) Turn up Services –  AXL Web, CTI Manager in Serviceability
(b) Configure a CUEAC User Group: CUEAC Group and add these roles to that newly created Group:
Standard CTI Allow Call Park Monitoring
Standard CTI Allow Calling Number Modification
Standard CTI Allow Control of all Devices 
Standard CTI Allow Reception of SRTP Key material
Standard CTI Enabled
Standard AXL SPI Access
(C) Create Application User: CUEAC set password and confirm; Add this user to Group Created in (b); then also added Standard Super User
(d) Create Dummy CTI Device:  Device, Phone, ADD NEW CTI port, name it TEMPLATE_CTI, Device Pool default and common template as is  (make sure it is is in CSS that can reach all Partitions. Set Device Security Profile to CISCO CTI Port Standard SCCP Non Secure Profile.
(e) Add a DN to this CTI port!
 
(2) CUEAC Server Install and Configuration 
(a) Requires Windows Server with ISS 6.0 or later, ASPnet, SQL Express, Disable Windows User Account Control
(b) Post Install Name, IP of CUEAC Server, IP of CUCM, Port 443, Application user ID and PW,
(c) Database Wizard will configure SQL database with no user input
(d)After Reboot Http://<ServerIP>/WebAdmin?login.aspx  UN=AMIN PW= cisco (case sensitive)
(e) Engineering manager Administrator Management and change default PW
(f) System Configuration, System Device Management, Find Template created in 1D, Configure DN for Queueing uninsured Call lin CT Gateway Devices; Configure Service Devices used to by Operator to hold and transfer calls; then configure DN for Park devices; (four each for each console);
(g) Sync with CUCM Twice;
(h) Generate Sync report
(I) Create Internal Queues: User Configuration, Queue Management, Add New, Name it, Give it a DN, add salvation helper if needed;Forced Delivery – Headset, Emergency call forward number, Overflow when max calls exceeded; Night service number.
(j) Create Queue for External Users (same process)
(k) Sync with CUCM again;
(l) Create Operators – User Configuration, Operator Management; Add new, Login name, Password, assign to queue by association and save.
(m) Directory Sync – System Configuration, Directory Synchronization, Enable Contact Synchronization, set sync schedule (remember size impact.
 
(3) Install PC Client
(a) Disable user access control
(b) Run Installer
(c) Name, IP Console Server, Select IMP if available, Add ICON to desktop
(d)  Open Attendant Console, Log in using Operator created in 2L above
(e) Test
