Terms of Use

Last updated October 2, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of drvoip.com and the services described on it. Please read them before you browse, book a call, or purchase a guide.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site in any way, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above tells you when they last changed.

2. About DrVoIP and the Services Described Here

DrVoIP LLC has designed, deployed, and supported contact center and telecom systems since 2008, with a current focus on Amazon Connect, AI-assisted customer experience, and cloud contact center migrations. The Site describes these services, along with training content, planning guides, discovery checklists, and other resources referenced in our Resources hub.

Descriptions of services on the Site are general and informational. They are not a quote, a statement of work, or a binding offer. Actual engagements, pricing, and deliverables are defined in a separate signed proposal, order form, or statement of work between you and DrVoIP.

3. Who Can Use This Site

The Site is intended for business users evaluating or engaging DrVoIP's services. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to submit a form, book a call, or purchase a product on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

4. Acceptable Use

When you use the Site, you agree that you will:

We may suspend or restrict access for anyone we reasonably believe is violating these Terms.

5. Guides, Downloads, and Digital Products

Planning guides, checklists, scripts, and other downloadable material offered on the Site are licensed, not sold, for your own internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them without our written permission.

Unless a specific product listing says otherwise, digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered, consistent with standard practice for digital goods; this does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. If something you purchased doesn't match its description, contact us and we will make it right.

6. Training Content, Guides, and General Information

Blog posts, videos, webinars, guides, and other educational content on the Site reflect our general experience and opinion at the time they were published. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for a scoped engagement with DrVoIP or for your own organization's technical, legal, or compliance review. Technology, pricing, and vendor features referenced in older content may have changed since publication.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site's text, design, graphics, logos, scripts, and guides are owned by DrVoIP LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download material for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not use our name, logo, or content to imply an endorsement or partnership without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to or integrates with third-party platforms we don't control, including AWS/Amazon Connect, YouTube, Credly, LinkedIn, and our scheduling provider. We're not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.

9. No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We work to keep the Site accurate and online, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or available without interruption.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrVoIP LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost revenue or data, even if we've been advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site itself, as distinct from any separately signed services agreement which governs its own engagement, will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DrVoIP LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, consistent with DrVoIP LLC's principal place of business. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as our services or the Site change. Updates take effect as soon as they're posted, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. If a change is significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to flag it on the Site.
