Fixed-Fee Packages

Know What You're Paying For, Before You Pay For It.

Flat rate pricing, no surprise change orders.

Whatever you are running today, DrVoIP works on a fixed-fee basis: a defined scope, a number before we start, and no change orders that show up after the work is already done. Start with the foundation you need today, then add the modules below only once you know which one actually solves a problem.

The Starting Point

The Quickstart Foundation

Every package on this page starts here. A defined scope keeps the schedule short, the price predictable, and the deployment useful from day one.

  • Amazon Connect deployed in your AWS account, five business days after scope approval
  • Voice and English-language launch, with one to three customer service queues
  • Five agents and one supervisor, configured from reusable templates
  • Core contact flows: greeting, business hours, queue treatment, voicemail, callback
  • Testing, an as-built system diagram, and a narrated handoff walkthrough

CRM integrations, custom applications, additional channels, and AI are scoped separately. That is not a hidden cost, it is the eight packages below.

Build On The Foundation

Choose the packages that solve your next problem

You do not need to buy a full transformation program on day one. Once the foundation is live, add the capabilities that produce the clearest return, each scoped and quoted as its own fixed fee.

02/08

CRM and Business-System Integration

  • Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk, and other CRM or ticketing platforms
  • Screen pops, customer lookup, and case creation
  • Automated contact records, dispositions, and follow-up tasks
  • Integration with scheduling, billing, or internal business systems
03/08

  • Natural-language voice and chat assistants for focused use cases
  • Answers grounded in approved policies, FAQs, and knowledge content
  • Customer authentication where appropriate
  • Human fallback with conversation context preserved
04/08

Real-Time AI Agent Assist

  • Suggested answers and relevant knowledge during live conversations
  • AI-assisted search across approved internal content
  • Automatic call summaries and recommended disposition notes
  • Faster onboarding support for new agents
05/08

Intent-Based Routing

Best for: Reducing transfers and improving first-contact resolution.

  • Distinguishes similar but operationally different requests
  • Uses customer type, history, and business rules to choose the right queue
  • Preserves context so customers do not have to repeat themselves
06/08

Knowledge AI

Best for: Surfacing answers that already exist in your manuals and policies.

  • AI grounded in your approved documents and knowledge sources
  • Consistent answers for customers, agents, and internal teams
  • Controlled source content, permissions, and governance
  • Works for contact centers, customer portals, and internal help desks
07/08

Conversation Intelligence and Automated Quality

Best for: Turning recordings and transcripts into management insight.

  • Automatic summaries, call-reason classification, and trend discovery
  • Quality signals and automated scoring against defined criteria
  • Escalation pattern and customer friction detection
  • Dashboards aligned to handle time, first-contact resolution, containment, and satisfaction
08/08

Amazon Connect AI Agents and Agentic Automation

Best for: Moving beyond answers to completing approved tasks.

  • AI agents that gather context and choose an approved next step
  • Create or update cases, schedule appointments, trigger follow-up workflows
  • Human review and approval for sensitive or high-impact actions
  • Guardrails, auditability, and escalation paths built around your risk tolerance

How To Think About AI

AI for answers. AI for action.

Conversational AI helps a customer or employee get the right answer. Agentic AI goes a step further: it can take an approved action using the systems and rules you provide. The most effective design often combines both.

Answers

Conversational AI

The AI understands the request and finds trusted information.

  • Grounded in your approved policies and knowledge content
  • Natural voice and chat, not a phone-menu maze
  • Hands off to a person when judgment is needed

Action

Agentic AI

The AI completes the permitted task inside your systems.

  • Creates cases, books appointments, triggers workflows
  • Operates inside the guardrails and approvals you define
  • Escalates anything sensitive or high-impact to a person

DrVoIP does not recommend automating every interaction. Complaints, disputes, policy exceptions, and high-emotion conversations usually need a deliberate human path. We start with narrow, measurable use cases, establish a performance baseline, and expand only after the first implementation proves its value.

What makes DrVoIP different

DrVoIP combines hands-on Amazon Connect engineering with practical AI design. The Quickstart has a defined scope and fixed deployment fee, while optional work is clearly scoped around the business outcome you want to achieve. You get direct guidance on architecture, tradeoffs, guardrails, and operating impact, not a generic bot demo or an open-ended consulting engagement.

Not Sure Where to Start?

We will identify a focused use case, the systems and knowledge it requires, the human fallback path, and the measures that will show whether it is working, before you commit to a module.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

No. The fixed-fee foundation gets your voice environment live first. Every package on this page, digital channels, CRM integration, conversational AI, and the rest, gets added afterward, once you know from real call data which one actually solves a problem.

We do not publish a blanket number, because a CRM integration for a five-agent team and one for a fifty-agent team are not the same project. Each module is scoped on a short call and quoted as its own fixed fee before any work starts, the same promise as the foundation itself.

Conversational AI answers a question: it understands what a customer is asking and responds using your approved content. Agentic AI takes the next step and acts on it, creating a case, scheduling an appointment, or triggering a workflow, inside the systems and guardrails you define. Most teams start with the first and add the second once it earns trust.

Start with an AI Performance Fit Check. We look at your call drivers, agent effort, and knowledge quality, and tell you which single module would move the needle first, before you spend anything on it.

No. Complaints, disputes, policy exceptions, and high-emotion conversations usually need a person. We start with narrow, measurable use cases, prove the value, and expand from there, rather than automating everything at once.
