Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information DrVoIP collects through drvoip.com, the tools we use to measure and market the Site, and how we handle that information.

1. Overview

DrVoIP LLC has provided contact center and telecom consulting since 2008. This policy covers information we collect through the Site, our marketing and advertising activity, and the onboarding process for clients who engage us for services. It does not cover information handled inside a client's own Amazon Connect, AWS, or other third-party environment once a project is underway; that is addressed separately in the client's service agreement.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly: your name, email, phone number, company name, and project details, submitted through contact forms, booking requests, guide downloads, or product purchases.

Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location, gathered through cookies and the tools described below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

4. Client Verification ("Know Your Customer")

Before beginning a paid engagement, we may ask for additional information to verify who we're working with and to properly invoice and contract the work, consistent with standard practice for professional services firms. This can include your business name, business address, billing contact, and tax or business registration details. We collect this to confirm legitimacy, prevent fraud, and meet our own accounting and contractual obligations, not to publish or share it beyond what's needed to deliver and bill for the engagement.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (including pixels and local storage) to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and show you relevant advertising after you leave. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as well if you do.

6. Analytics and Search Performance

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site, which pages perform well, and where we should improve. It collects information like pages visited, time on Site, device type, and referring site.

We also use Google Search Console to see which search terms bring visitors to the Site and to monitor its technical health. Search Console draws on aggregated Google Search data rather than a tracking script running on the Site itself.

7. Advertising Pixels

We run a Google Ads pixel and a Meta (Facebook) Pixel on the Site. These let us measure how our ads perform and show you relevant DrVoIP ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram based on pages you've visited. Google and Meta may use this information to build an advertising profile that isn't limited to drvoip.com. You can manage or opt out of this kind of advertising through Google Ads Settings and Meta's ad preferences, both linked in Your Choices below.

8. Social Platforms We Link To

The Site links to and embeds content from our LinkedIn and YouTube profiles. If you interact with those links, embedded videos, or follow buttons, LinkedIn's and YouTube's (Google's) own privacy policies and cookies apply, not just ours.

9. Hosting and Infrastructure

The Site is hosted on an Amazon Web Services (AWS) server and delivered through Amazon CloudFront, AWS's content delivery network. AWS stores and processes Site data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments as our hosting provider.

10. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We share information only:

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

12. Your Choices

13. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information appropriately for the type of data involved.

14. Third-Party Websites

The Site may link to third-party websites, including AWS, YouTube, LinkedIn, and our scheduling provider. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate; review their policies separately.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our tools, services, or legal obligations change. Updates take effect as soon as they're posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
