We make a lot of information available through no charge videos that are often included in our blog posts and also available within the site to all members!

DrVoIP can provide ShoreTel training for Users, ECC Agents, ECC Supervisors, Workgroup Agents and Administration training for both the iPBX and the ECC Product lines.

As a CISCO Net Academy instructor, DrVoIP offers Certification preparation training for CCNA Voice, CCNA Security, CCNA Wireless! We can craft a custom program and come on site for Corporate clients who want to host employee development sessions!
