AWS Connect Direct Agent Dialing

This package contains working files of the lambda functions, HTML and Javascript code and contact flows used in the blog and YouTube video tutorial on this subject.  If you do not know how to configure these services  DO NOT PURCHASE this package.  It is designed to help you quickly configure the solution but you will need to do the service configuration, mod files as required to meet your naming conventions!   Not recommended for newbies!  You should have Amazon Connect administration experience and understand how to access and configure DynamoDB, S3 bucket for static website (userAdmin.html, userAdmin.js and Favicon.ico included), lambda (three functions included).  The contact flows are working examples but you will want to customize them.   Tech Support is not included however it is available through the DrVoIP site.
