- Voice-Only, English Language: Focused launch for fastest time-to-value. Additional channels optional.
- 1–3 Customer Service Queues: Includes queue design, hours of operation, callback setup, and hold treatment.
- Agent Templates: We configure 5 agents and 1 supervisor. You can scale up easily using the provided templates.
- Routing Profiles: Prebuilt for direct-to-agent, skill-based, or menu-driven routing scenarios.
- Contact Flows: Includes greeting, hours logic, voicemail, and callback from queue.
- Final Deliverables: As-built system diagram + narrated walk-through video. No one reads PDFs anymore.
What’s Not Included
- CRM Integrations: Not included in this package. These are available as custom add-ons.
