Advanced DIY Amazon Connect Call Center Kit and Video Tutorial!
This kit contains the contact flows, lambda functions and related configuration instructions for building a very advance Amazon Connect contact center! There is an instructional video and we include one hour of technical support to answer questions and provide guidance. The contact center uses dynamically reconfigured contact flows that are driven by the number the caller dialed to reach the call center (i.e. DNIS). The configuration also makes use of the AWS Voice Mail solution, which we repurpose for "direct agent dialing by extension". This kit contains a library of contact flows that you will import to your Amazon Connect Instance, along with required Lambda flows and instructions on setting up your dynamodb database. The contact flows include the DNIS Map, Direct to Queue, Direct to Agent, Direct to Menu, After Hours call handler, Error Handler and queue hold flows. The queue flows include options for "call back", message recording and transfer to alternative options. We include a video tutorial and throw in one hour of technical support!
