DIY DNIS MAP & Video Tutorial

DNIS mapping is one of the options you can use to route callers based on the number they dialed.  It is also a solution that supports the dynamic reconfiguration of a contact flow, reducing the need to "Save As" each time you want to use the same flow but point to a different queue.   It works well for Executive Office Suites, Call Centers that require a "custom answer prompt" or greeting played to each caller , based on the number the caller dialed.   This package includes a video tutorial that will walk you through the configuration.  The package also includes the DrVoIP_GetConfigurationDetails lambda function, the DNIS map contact flow that you can import to your instance and a "Xter_to_queue" contact flow that you can also import and modify.
