CISCO Cybersecurity Study Notes for 350-201 and 300-215

Learning Cisco Cybersecurity Operations

To be fair I hold CCNP level CISCO certifications in Networking, Security, Wireless, Collaboration (VoIP) and Data Center Operations.  I recently needed to rectify all my existing certs and determined to add Cyber Security to the list.  This proved to be a bit more challenging than I originally though!   I started to study 350-201 just to get a test at that level out of the way and rectify, but it required study that was going to require some time!   So I started at the bottom and, using self study,  earned a CCNA in CyberSecurity (200-201)!    That felt good, but it did not count for my recertification of existing certificates!

Dumps are Dumps!

I do not advocate the use of dumps alone to pass Cisco tests if you are a serious student.   Generally the dumps available on the net are crap, always out of date and have to many wrong answers to be useful.  They are helpful however in understanding the format of questions you might be asked and the types of material you should study.  Then again, Cisco publishes exam topics for each test and that should be your guide.

If you think hacking is all about wearing a black hoodie and a Guy Fawkes mask while running Kali Linux Scripts, there is no need to study or advance your subject matter expertise.    Dumps alone are not going to educate you!  If you are serious about getting into any area in IT, in particular, Cybersecurity you need to study, learn and practice!  There is no substitute for experience, but to get the experience you need to study and get certified!
